Version 1.0.9.1 Released

Just a quick bug fix release to repair an issue with the exporter, and to back out a change I made in 1.0.9.0 to "fix" the battle summary. This version is compatible with 1.0.9.0, so there's no harm in updating.

BUGS/ISSUES:

• [1611] - Fixed the HTML exporter so that it doesn't add dwellings to clearings before the game has officially started.
  
• [1609] - Restore the summary view to before I made changes in 1.0.9.0 which broke it.
